About Freedom to Flourish
Who we are
Founded in 2024, Freedom to Flourish CIC was created out of a deep commitment to support children, parents and families across Merseyside. As a community interest company, we exist not for profit, but for purpose- to respond to real needs we saw in our community. Our work is inspired by the Five Ways to Wellbeing, and through our tailored programs and events, we aim to build resilience, connection, and joy in the lives of those we serve. This is more than our mission- it’s our why.

Whether you're looking for connection, guidance, or simply a space to grow, you're warmly invited to be part of a supportive community where wellbeing comes first and everyone has the chance to flourish.

"Finding the Freedom to Flourish group was the best thing I did after having my baby. Joining the walks made me feel as though I wasn't navigating being a mum by myself- so many of us are going through the same things and I've honestly made friends for life. It's so lovely that my little boy is going to the first birthday parties of his new friends and as a family we've made some lovely memories at the Wildlings sessions."

Our Partnerships
We are thankful to all of our supporters and partners. Thanks to generous funding from The National Lottery Community Awards, we have been able to deliver our 'Seedlings' baby massage and sensory exploration course to cohorts of new parents and their young babies. Thanks to The National Lottery Sport England Movement Fund, we are able to deliver a fully funded extra-curricular multi-sports programme to young people aged 11-14 years, many of whom have a neurodivergent profile, special educational needs and or physical disabilities.
We are delighted to collaborate with other like minded community focused organisations, reaching even further and making an even bigger positive impact.
