Seedlings

Seedlings is a nurturing, fully funded programme for parents and their babies (from birth to 9 months), made possible thanks to generous support from The National Lottery Awards for All.

Designed around the Five Ways to Wellbeing, Seedlings offers a gentle, developmental journey through fortnightly baby massage and sensory exploration sessions. Each 6-session block builds week by week, introducing new skills that support bonding, early communication, and emotional wellbeing—for both babies and parents.

Led by Clare, an experienced Early Years Specialist, all activities are carefully tailored to be age-appropriate, engaging, and supportive of each baby’s natural development. At the end of the course, families celebrate their progress with a special completion certificate.

Seedlings is more than a class—it’s a space to connect, slow down, and grow together in the precious early months of life.

Where the Wildlings Flourish

Where the Wildlings Flourish is our monthly outdoor session held in the beautiful North Park Community Garden, Bootle—a space for children and their families to connect with nature, play freely, and grow together. Designed especially for children aged 1–5, each session blends Forest School-inspired activities with elements of the Early Years curriculum, supporting social skills, creativity, curiosity, communication, and both fine and gross motor development.

Expect a mix of campfire songs, nature crafts, tool use, storytelling, sensory play, and independent exploration. While the activities are planned with early years in mind, children of all ages are welcome—babies can relax in hammocks with their grown-ups, and older siblings often enjoy the creative and hands-on experiences too.

This is a non-profit session, and we ask for a £5 contribution per family to help cover the cost of resources. We do have some funded places available for eligible families. Come rain or shine, Wildlings is a joyful, inclusive space for families to slow down, connect, and flourish—together.

Active Roots & Blossoms

Active Roots and Blossoms is a growing programme designed especially for young people aged 11–16, offering a mix of physical activity, personal development, and creative exploration. Thanks to generous support from the Sport England Movement Fund, we’re able to offer a fully funded extra-curricular multisports programme—providing teens with the chance to stay active, build confidence, and have fun in a safe, supportive environment.

In addition to sport, the project includes mindset courses, visioning workshops, and a range of seasonal events and activities—all designed to help young people explore their strengths, connect with others, and develop a strong sense of self. Whether they’re setting goals, trying something new, or just finding their feet, Active Roots and Blossoms offers young people the tools and encouragement they need to flourish.

Strong Roots- Flourishing Futures

Strong Roots – Flourishing Futures is our dedicated programme for parents and caregivers, offering practical support, connection, and encouragement at every stage of the parenting journey. With a mix of online and in-person courses, we cover real-life topics such as preparing for school, phonics fundamentals, the social media minefield, and the Five Ways to Wellbeing—all designed to inform, uplift, and empower.

Our Parent Ambassadors play a key role in the programme, helping to lead Buggy Walk and Talk sessions, organise meet-ups and social events, and offer peer support from lived experience. We also work in partnership with local schools and community organisations to deliver a wide-reaching, accessible programme of parenting support.

Alongside courses, families are welcomed into a supportive WhatsApp group, and invited to join our regular community events, walks, and gatherings, with trusted signposting to essential services. Whether you're navigating the early years or parenting teens, Strong Roots – Flourishing Futures is here to help you feel more confident, connected, and empowered.

Big Feelings, Safe Spaces

Big Feelings, Safe Spaces is our interactive workbook for children aged 4–10 and their parents or carers, designed to build emotional literacy, strengthen family bonds, and help children explore their feelings in creative, supportive ways. Drawing on our experience as qualified teachers, parents, and NLP practitioners, the workbook blends simple explanations, psychology-informed insights, and hands-on activities to turn emotional moments into opportunities for growth. In addition to our interactive workbook, we also run engaging family workshops exploring the six primary emotions, giving parents and children practical tools to recognise, understand, and express feelings with confidence and connection. We are delighted that several Sefton based Primary Schools have introduced our book into their PHSE curriculum and we look forward to seeing the positive impact it has made across the borough.
